Cancellation and refund policy
If the reservation is not canceled by the Customer within:
The entire amount will not be refunded.
If the Customer does not present at time and at the pick up point, the entire amount of payment will not be refunded.
Terms and conditionsReady Car Service s.r.l. reserves the right to refuse bookings and online reservations made within less than 24 hours notice.

We will do everything possible to ensure that our drivers are punctual, however we will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control and / or not dependent on our will.
The drivers drive at moderate speed, respecting the highway code in accordance with road conditions, traffic and speed limits.
Customers are responsible for any damage they cause inside and outside the rental vehicle and will be charged for any repair and / or necessary work to restore the vehicle.
Vehicles may be supplied to subcontracting.
By providing Your e-mail address, You will be able to contact us by e-mail, we inform You that Your e-mail address will not be provided to third persons, according to the current Privacy Law.
In case the trasfer will undergo changes or variations respectively to what was agreed at the time of booking, an extra fee will be charged in accordance with our prices.
We reserve the right to change your vehicle or driver at any time if necessary.
Ready Car Service s.r.l. will do everything possible to ensure that the vehicle (s) arrives on time.
Our driver (s) will travel to their destination within the day, using the most appropriate route, unless different instructions from the Customer at the time of booking.
The vehicles used by Ready Car Service and any subcontracted companies, for the Rental with Driver service, are insured for damages of passengers and / or third persons.
However, the transportation of customers’ items remains at their risk . Ready Car Service s.r.l. and its possible subcontractors are no responsible for their loss or damage.
Ready Car Service s.r.l. will keep a lost property book in our office, and will do everything possible to return the lost property left in our vehicle or in the vehicle of our subcontractor.
Ready Car Service s.r.l. and its drivers have the right to refuse any passenger who is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior brings risk to the both: the driver, and the vehicle or any other passenger (s).
Ready Car Service s.r.l. strictly prohibits smoking in all its vehicles.
For all that is not mentioned here, reference is made to the Civil Code of the Italian Republic.
